Back in September she pulled out of all of her projects to focus on herself.

And Chloe Grace Moretz was enjoying a day of 'me' time in Beverley Hills on Friday as she headed to a pamper session at the popular LeCompte Salon.  

The 19-year-old was both comfortable and stylish in a navy blue cropped sweater, paired over a long-sleeved striped top. 

Chloe added a pair of black skinny jeans and a set of matching ankle boots.
