Jessica Alba has attributed the inspiration for her consumer goods company -- The Honest Company  -- to her first-born child, Honor, and her own history of childhood illnesses.

The initial idea, following Honor's birth in 2008, was to provide an alternative to the massive baby product market, with an emphasis on ethical consumerism. 

And on Tuesday the actress and entrepreneur got to enjoy some quality time with her look-alike daughter, now 12, during an afternoon together in Los Angeles.

She also donned a pair of black slips and had her brown tresses styled long, but pulled the front of her hair off her face with a black headband.

Being one of the cool oms, the Fantastic Four star looked casually-stylish in black drawstring pants, that fell to just above her ankles, and a black-and-white shirt.
